Information clause in compliance with GDPR

We inform you that:

  2. The purpose of data collection is: a. taking actions prior to entering into a contract, as well as for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract,
    b. fulfilling legal obligations in the public interest,
    c. carrying out other purposes related to business activities.

  3. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing, and data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 4.05.2016, p. 1).

  4. Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for the execution of the contract. If the data is not provided, the contract cannot be executed.

  5. The data provided by you will not be shared with third parties. The recipients of the data will only be institutions authorized by law.

  6. The data provided by you will not be subject to profiling.

  7. The Data Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.

  8. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and after its termination, to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator, for a period compliant with applicable regulations.

The above provisions apply to all contracts concluded with the Administrator, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, regardless of the date of contract conclusion.
