§1 General Provisions

The online store is operated by Farmmesh, a sole proprietorship run by Stanisław Bagrowski, headquartered at ul. Krapkowicka 4c, 47-341 Żużela, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7491023800, email: m.bagrowski@farmmesh.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, order fulfillment, payments, returns, and complaints in the Farmmesh online store.

§2 Store Offer

The store offers:

  • Wire mesh rolls made of galvanized wire,
  • “Z” profile galvanized steel posts,
  • Galvanized binding wire,
  • Accessories for fence installation.

All product prices are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

§3 Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed by both registered users and guests, provided that they provide the necessary data for order fulfillment.
  • Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§4 Order Fulfillment Time and Delivery

  • Orders for products available in stock are processed within up to 3 business days from the moment payment is received. If a product is out of stock, the fulfillment time is determined individually.
  • Delivery is carried out via:
    • Personal pickup,
    • Pallet shipping via JAS JBG,
    • Courier shipping (for accessory orders only, such as wire or connectors).

§5 Payments

The accepted payment method is instant payments via the Przelewy24 system.

§6 Returns and Complaints

  • Consumers have the right to return goods in accordance with Polish law, but returns are accepted only for unopened and originally packed items on a pallet.
  • Partial returns and returns of unpacked or used wire mesh and posts are not accepted.
  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods via email, including the order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting damages or defects.
  • The cost of returning goods is borne by the Buyer.

§7 Seller’s Liability

The Seller is liable for manufacturing defects of the products in accordance with applicable laws.

§8 Personal Data Protection

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR regulations and the privacy policy available on the store’s website.

§9 Right of Withdrawal

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract on the online store farmmesh.pl has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of:

  • receiving the goods by the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer,

  • receiving the last item, batch or part – if the contract involves multiple items delivered separately, in batches or in parts,

  • concluding the contract – in the case of a contract for the provision of services.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded. The consumer is obliged to return the goods without delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which they informed the Seller of the withdrawal, to the following address: ul. Krapkowicka 4c, 47-341 Żużela, Poland.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment methods that were used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly agrees to a different method.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or the consumer provides proof of return – whichever occurs first.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping costs), unless the Seller has agreed to cover them or failed to inform the consumer about the obligation to bear those costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

  • the provision of services, if the service has been fully performed with the express consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period has expired,

  • the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Polish law.

§12 International Sales

For international orders, customers are requested to contact the store directly via email or phone. International customer service is provided through distributors.
